Each track on Sun Picture's debut LP, "So many little rooms" is drawn from banal recollections of Lowenstein’s childhood in 1980’s Caracas: A monkey that would escape from the zoo next to his school. Flights to vacations on now defunct national airlines. The roosters crowing at dawn over the city. Fragments of a normalcy that faded as Venezuela became a failed state.
