About Donkey Basketball:

Donkey Basketball is the electronic music project of Isaac Lowenstein (who is also the drummer of the Chicago noise rock band Lifeguard - and my kid!).

Donkey Basketball is steeped in the aesthetic of early 90’s IDM (The ORB, Autechre, Ultramarine). The upcoming full length, Donkey Basketball Planet was built from live arrangements using a mix of analog classic synths and 90’s era ROMplers to evoke the interplanetary digital utopias of long-gone raves.
